We’d like to congratulate two of our Birmingham Green team members who recently received promotions in our Nursing Home community.
Aaron Rebuck was promoted as our new Nursing Home Administrator in August. Prior to his first role as an Activities Aide on our campus, he studied at James Madison University where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Services Administration. He went on to earn his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Liberty University in 2019 while working with our team. Since joining us, he’s fulfilled other roles over the years, such as our Marketing Liaison, Marketing Director, and Assistant Administrator, and became a Certified Eden Associate in 2016. Aaron has continued to be a vital asset to the Birmingham Green team and brings continuity, commitment, and passion into his newest role. Our community is better because of his efforts, and we thank him for all of his dedication over the years.
Our other Birmingham Green team member who was recently promoted in August is Patience Adjaho – our new Director of Nursing. Patience joined our team in March 2021 as the Assistant Director of Nursing after earning her Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University. With more than 18 years of experience as a Charge Nurse, Wound Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, and Assistant Director of Nursing, she brings a lot of knowledge and understanding to her new role. We know the Birmingham Green community will benefit from Patience’s unwavering dedication and commitment.
Congratulations, Aaron and Patience! It’s team members like you who make Birmingham Green’s campus and residents thrive.
