To Our Residents, Families, Staff, and Community:
The Health Care Center (Nursing Home) will undergo a new front door installation and main lobby remodel over the next six to eight weeks. Beginning Friday, August 4, the temporary main entrance to the Health Care Center (Nursing Home) and The District Home Assisted Living, will be located at Door 12, which is circled in the aerial view of the campus below.
We anticipate the project to conclude by the end of September. After entering through Door 12, individuals will complete check-in at the kiosk screening before proceeding to the Health Care Center (Nursing Home) or The District Home Assisted Living. We will continue normal operations inside the building throughout the remainder of the project.
We are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents and staff. We are also working with the contractors to make the necessary provisions to minimize risks and discomfort.
