Directions to Birmingham Green
Planning a visit to Birmingham Green? Our beautiful 54-acre senior living campus is located near Old Town Manassas at 8605 Centreville Road, Manassas, Virginia 20110. Just enter our address in your navigation device or follow the easy directions below. As you approach our campus, look for the white picket fence on either side of our tree-lined main drive.

From West of Route 28
- Take I-66 East to South Centreville, Exit 53-A
- Go approximately 5 1/4 miles South on Route 28, which is also Centreville Road.
- When you cross Manassas Drive, get in the inside lane
- Birmingham Green is on the left side of Route 28.
- Directly across the street are two banks, Wachovia and BBT.
- There is a white board fence and a Birmingham Green sign.
- As you come down the long driveway there will be a stop sign.
- Turn left for Visitor Parking.
From 95 South
- Take Prince William Parkway (Rt. 3000), Exit 158B Manassas.
- Go approximately 12 miles to Liberia Avenue.
- Turn right and go 1.7 miles to Centreville Road.
- Turn right and go approximately 1/2 mile and see the entrance and the Birmingham Green sign on the right.
- Once you turn in the driveway there will be a stop sign.
- Turn left for Visitor parking.
From I-495
