Our plans for 2020 are in sync with years two-three of our strategic plan and there is still plenty to be achieved in Birmingham Green’s evolution. The year 2020 will bring its own mix of successes and challenges, but our direction is clear and we know what we must do. Our job is to continue to focus intently on what we can control: providing our residents with the most comprehensive quality of care services, while maintaining our costs, building on our mission, and doing our part to keep the long-term care sector moving forward. Our continued long-term value will come through and be reflected in our clinical outcomes, engagement surveys, and public ratings. I appreciate all of your steadfast support this year. It is because of you and because we know we can do so much more for those who we serve than anyone else, that I have such great confidence in our future.
Best,
Denise Chadwick Wright
